Staying Healthy When told that we are not in the best of our health, our mind sprints toward the possibility of some kind of illness that is affecting our physical well-being. If we are told that we are not in the best shape, all we can think about is the excess fat that we have gained and that we need to hit the tracks to get in shape again. This concept of health has become so popular that we have forgotten the basic definition of health that we were all taught initially which says that health is the physical, social and mental well-being of a person. This means that not in the best of our health could actually mean suffering from psychological duress and not being in shape could mean emotional or psychological unrest.
