Dry mouth and Tongue
Dry mouth (even occasionally) is one of the classic signs of bad breath and sour taste, bitter or metallic. The drier is the mouth, the more likely to suffer from bad breath. This has to do with the level of oxygen present in the saliva. "Good" Saliva contains a considerable amount of oxygen. The bacteria that cause bad breath grow in an anaerobic (without oxygen).
