Treatment to protect the nervous system
The human nervous system is a complex conglomerate where the brain queen and king should be treated for optimum performance of the machine body. As such it is very sensitive to physical stimuli applied to the skin, such as heat, cold or pressure.

Moist heat applied on the back has a sedative and relaxing effect useful in cases of central nervous system disorders.
First, the person must be lying face down in a relaxed position, with the skin of the back protected by a dry cotton cloth. Then you should soak and wring out a towel in hot water. Place the hot towel on the protector dry cloth and then covered both cloths with a wool blanket. After a few minutes, then drain again soak the towel in hot water and repeat the procedure.
Caution should be taken to avoid burns, both as wet the towel to apply, while the temperature of the water should be as hot as possible, ideal which is close to boiling.
Treatment duration should be between 10 and 15 minutes. When damp towel lost it’s heat-usually at 2 or 3 minutes, it is necessary to soak it in hot water.
At the end of treatment is necessary to dry the skin thoroughly back and cherish the person with wool blankets. For a more effective treatment is advisable to perform up to twice daily.
