What is the Alkaline Diet?
When we talk about diet first thing we think is a method to lose weight, but the truth is that there are dietary regimens for many types of health problems, intended to treat, reduce or stimulate food through some features or functions of the body. What is the pH?

Among the benefits of alkaline diet may be mentioned the treatment of kidney stones, pictures of lack of energy, promote growth, and reduce the risk of cancer, to treat nasal congestion, headaches, muscle aches, anxiety disorders, nervousness or stress.
And though all these benefits can be obtained by the alkaline diet, some health professionals believe that they are due to the wealth of nutrients contained in fruits and vegetables, but not to the leveling of the pH.
However, it is undisputed that eating plenty of fruits and vegetables is an excellent habit for good health, and even more if we add the practice of exercises daily and a healthy lifestyle in general.
