Sleep after eating is bad?

Sleep While it is true that the food consumed before bedtime become fat during sleep, there are good reasons to avoid going to bed after having enjoyed the good food.





While you sleep, the body continues to work to process the last food eaten, and this process could lead to cross from indigestion to risk of stroke. So here are some reasons why sleep after bad.

Weight Gain

Oddly enough, in this case is more important when you eat what you eat actually, because although we consume the healthiest foods there, if we do it at a bad time, we are hardly making the most of their properties.
