Treatment of bruxism

Relaxing baths

The relaxing bath of sage, thyme and valerian is ideal for relieving tension. First you have to extract the concentrate. This boiled for 20 minutes a few flowers of thyme along with 4 tablespoons of sage and 50 grams of valerian root in a half liter of water. Let stand about 10 minutes.

Fill the tub with warm water and pour the preparation. Take a nice relaxing bath for 20 minutes. Preferably, do it before bedtime.

Tea to ease tensions

There are several herbs that are used to relieve tension. To combat bruxism are ideal valerian, passionflower, St. John's wort and hawthorn, among others. You can make getting the infusion of herbs and boiling for 20 minutes to extract its properties.

If you have time, there are market specific natural teas for calming anxiety, and natural supplements. You can get at a drug or diet.

Exercise and massage against the bruxism

Exercises to ease tensions caused by bruxism focus on the jaw, face and neck.

Start by exercising the jaw. I share some simple exercises anywhere. Make them once a day or when you feel very stressed.

To relax your face, do gentle massage and circular movements on the forehead and temples with the tips of your fingers. For the neck, massage has to be up to where the hair starts and top to bottom.

Finally, the anti-stress aromatherapy can be very useful to treat bruxism. I hope these tips will be very useful in treating this problem.
