Purifying juice recipes

Grass juice

Ingredients:

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro

  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Squeeze the juice from all ingredients except pepper in a food processor. Once the juice is ready, sprinkle cayenne pepper on top.

Citrus juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 large yellow grapefruit
  • 1 large green apple
  • 1 small lemon
  • 1 small orange

Squeeze the ingredients to get your juice. Serve in a tall glass and stir well before drinking.

Apple juice, lemon and berries

Ingredients:

  • 2 large green apples
  • 1/2 small lemon
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

Ingredients placed in an extruder to obtain the juice. Stir before drinking.

Cranberry juice

Ingredients:

  • 2 large red apples
  • 1 large green pear
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 stalk celery large
  • 1 small cucumber

Squeeze the juice from the ingredients in a food processor. Stir the juice and drink it.
