Exercises to do in our office
Many people do not do physical activity necessary but not because they want to but because they have no time to do it. Among the studies, work, children and other responsibilities, it seems that 24 hours a day does not reach for all.
So ... How about squeezing the most of every moment? We can work out in our office. Of course, not a matter of installing a gym in our workplace, but we recommend some exercises you can do from your desktop while you turn on your computer.
Cardio exercises. There are moves you can make in your own office who are very good to strengthen our hearts. Take the time you turn on your computer and load to make two sets of 5 jumps. If you work in a private office, make two sets of 10 squats every time returns bath.
