More negative effects of short sleep
Whenever you can highlight the need for adequate sleep and hours that our bodies demand. I spoke of the negative cardiovascular effects that may result in sleeping little, and also the importance of a proper mattress for sleeping. Personally, I suffer from insomnia and know what it is to wake up after spending eight hours in bed but having slept only three of them, dazed and wanting breakfast that no one will point the word. This state of susceptibility is known throughout the world: when we sleep badly, are wrong.
This has scientific basis, and not just a simple personal perception changeable according to circumstances. A study has experimented with a group of volunteers who had spent 35 hours awake. Applying magnetic resonance imaging, scientists concluded that if little sleep, our brain goes into a more primitive state of activity.
Sleep is necessary to tidy up our emotional brain circuits. But when the hours of sleep needed are not met, our prefrontal lobe of the brain responsible for regulating emotional activity, activity fails, locking and causing our emotions act without control, causing overreactions to trivial causes (ie bad mood.)
The sleep is a biological necessity of human beings. Always seems to cut the hours of sleep when we're with too much activity, but should cut the time spent on other things, since not only the sleep deprivation affects our performance, but is highly detrimental to the health of our brain activity.
