I'm sure when you are dancing (or going) the next day you wake up with that annoying ringing in your ears that lasts a few hours after you've raised. Discos, rock concerts or any exposure to high decibel sounds (over eighty) generate such buzz. They are called tinnitus and are more dangerous than you think.
When you are exposed to these situations where your ears are at the mercy of very loud sounds they can be irreversibly damaged to the point of having a tinnitus for the rest of your life. Tinnitus is associated, in addition to the perception of this characteristic ringing; a hearing loss in some patients may be of a concern.
This problem is caused by many factors, some of which are difficult to avoid. However, you can take some precautions to avoid getting tinnitus, such as those we present below.
First we recommend that you do not expose yourself to loud noise. If you suffer from tinnitus avoid driving on busy streets where motorcycles and honking noises. Nor do you dare attend musical mega music or discos where they spend almost causes deafness, and of course that if you work in a place like this or any machine that makes a lot of noise is necessary to use ear protection.
You should also avoid alcohol or caffeine. Beverages like tea, mate, coffee or cola drinks contain caffeine, so you have to do without them. Smokers also are in trouble, because smoking increases the tinnitus, as well as certain pain medications.
Watch your ears and listen to the recommendations of the otolaryngologies. If you do not take precautions with your senses you will lose much of your hearing. Deafness is dangerous do you hear?!
