What is the technique for pushups?

To perform the push-ups correctly you have to follow some steps:

Correct position

First you take the correct position to perform squats. Support arms outstretched on the floor, hands in a straight line with your shoulders. Your fingers should be facing forward, like the head. The toes should be the only part of the foot makes contact with the ground. Keep your feet together and your body straight.

The straight body is key

Keep your body straight and hips aligned, but the strength will dissipate and not managed to work your arms.
