With the start of a new year, new goals ahead and one of them should be taking care of our body. As a man who I always liked sports. However, some of the activities that take care, train and mold my body are often the most cost me. To help in this task I found some applications for my phone that make it easy for me, so today I will share with you these applications that help you train.
Nike Training Club
Nike is not out of any part of our exercise, and how could it be otherwise also has an excellent application that will help in training. With Nike Training Club can save all our data on training in addition to reporting on them and learn some new ones. I remind you that the application is free and was created entirely to train women.
RunKeeper (free) is an application much easier than before. With it we can take a complete statistics of our training when we run. This is connected via GPS and measures the distance traveled, keeping a file of time and distance of all our outputs.
5K Runner offers a window for those who want to start running. The application promises to make you run 5 miles in 8 weeks out just 3 times a week. This is accomplished using a program prepared to "newbies" of the track. The application is free and is certainly very well made.
With Pedometer can get accurate statistics of what happens when we go running. This application has our time, measures the distance and calculates the calories we burned during the tour. Besides this gives us information to improve our daily training.
Runner's World SmartCoach
There are many ways to train and Runner's World SmartCoach a personal trainer offers direct from your mobile phone. This application is designed to tighten our muscles and train hard to make us like we were running a race very soon. Undoubtedly one of the most severe I've found, but obviously very good at a time. Remember, if no pain, no gain.
I hope these iPhone applications to help them in their goals this year. Nothing better to start training in January, nothing better than feeling good about yourself and your body. Starting to feel good is not random, it is a decision, and is in you.
