How to increase metabolism?
Many times have we heard that metabolism is the cause of obesity, when it becomes slower, more difficult to lose weight. This is true in part, but usually weight gain is because you are eating much more than what is spent, so that increasing physical activity and eating less is the best option.

High Intensity Exercise
When you exercise intensely, in that when your heart beats faster, you burn lots of calories and you work your cardiovascular system, so it is best to improve your metabolism.

You can also enjoy the benefits of exercise, because it releases endorphins which will help to reduce tension and stress you have.
Move up by accident
The moves will help you increase your metabolism, so if you move constantly, even in activities where it is not very necessary (suddenly move an arm or leg), you will stimulate your body to be more alert, so you will burn calories.
Move the times you can, for example, if you have to work, navigate from one place to another, or just take a few moments to move and rest your muscles after sitting and see how you start to lose weight.
Build Muscle
The muscle replaces fat, but it costs more to build muscle, so do exercise with weights or isotonic exercises to help you train them. You have to be constant and often work to achieve results, but you see how your muscles are tightening and fat is left aside.
