Combination of textures
Some people do not fit into any of these three types, because they have a combination of them. For example, it is common to see people with pear-shaped body in the lower, with a thinner body, classified as type ecto-endomorph. We also find people apple-shaped, where the accumulation zone of the stomach fat is high, while the lower body is thin, known as type endo-ectomorph. For these types combined are necessary diet and exercise regimens as needed.
Fat loss is not chosen
Unfortunately we can not choose where to lose fat, for example, remove the stomach, so we must be very patient and constantly perform aerobic exercises, along with exercises for our abs, plus a diet that promotes the development of muscle and fat loss, to obtain the desired results.
