Improving your circulation in summer
If you have circulation problems, you already know that these are heightened in the summer because the heat acts as a vasodilator in our veins. The most common symptoms are heavy legs, swelling, numbness, fatigue and often, cramps.
The causes can vary, but if you take an unfavorable lifestyle, you can enhance your appearance. Smoking, cholesterol, sedentary or have obesity, are the most direct.
To improve this problem, it is advisable not spend long hours standing or sitting, the movement promotes a lot of good blood circulation. But we should not abuse their heels, shoes occlusive or very tight clothing.
To relieve discomfort, try sleeping with a pillow under your legs, so that these remain high. To prevent pain, take showers, water jets alternating cold and warm on the legs and then a massage, you will notice a big relief.
