If you drink, you’re more likely to suffer heat stroke

With this, we mean that if you consume alcohol, when it gets too hot, you have a greater risk of heat stroke. Many believe that alcohol may cool down, but the effect it has on our bodies is very different.







Alcohol acts as a vasodilator, thus preventing the body, start the early warning of a rise in body temperature, which means that we become more likely to end up with one of these hot flashes.

Furthermore, alcohol also has a diuretic effect and we can even develop dehydration, which leads to the same, poor regulation of body temperature and of course, to heat stroke.

Therefore, if you drink, do not just do it in moderation, but it also drink water from time to time to stay hydrated. And remember, if you feel dizziness, nausea, headache and severe fatigue, you're probably suffering from heat stroke.
