Three Days Diet
Lightning diets can be applied only in a short time, because time may harm your health. Today we offer the diet of three days, which as its name implies, lasts only three days, and should not be passed in this period; it can cause extreme weakness, because their heat level is very low compared to the required range daily.
If the diet is follow strictly, can be lowered from 2 to 4 kilos in three days.
First day
Breakfast:
Half a grapefruit, toast, a teaspoon of peanut butter. Tea or coffee without sugar.
Lunch
Half a can of tuna in water, toast, tea or coffee.
Dinner
Two portions of any type of meat on the grill or oven, a cup of beans, a small apple and a small cup of vanilla ice cream.
Second Day
Breakfast:
A boiled egg, half a banana, toast, tea or coffee without sugar.
Lunch:
One cup of cottage cheese, five crackers, tea or coffee without sugar.
Dinner:
Two sausages, a cup of broccoli, half cup of carrots, half a banana, or half a cup vanilla ice cream. Tea or coffee without sugar.
Third Day
Breakfast:
Five cookies, a slice of cheddar cheese, a small apple, tea or coffee without sugar.
Lunch:
A boiled egg, toast, tea or coffee.
Dinner:
Half a can of tuna in water, a cup of boiled vegetables, half a small melon or half a cup vanilla ice cream. Tea or coffee without sugar.
