The bento or obento-if you use the honorific term, is a Japanese word that means food served in a box. Beyond this basic definition, which we will explain what types of bento is there, and why they are a healthy choice to feed you.

over a month, and usually see it served in restaurants. The Kouraku Bento is served at picnics. The Ekiben Bento is that travelers eat trains. The most popular currently the Charaben Bento, which is rather any bento, presented in an artistic way.
The great advantage of Bento is that it has com ingredients vegetables, rice, and lean meats, making it a healthy choice to take to work ... something is better than a hamburger vegetables and potatoes right?
